A: To keep flowers fresh, change the water daily, keep them out of direct sunlight, and place them in a cool area.

Payment & Exchange

A: We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and PayPal.
A: Our satisfaction is our priority. If the flowers aren't fresh, email us at nycbouquetdelivery@gmail.com with a photo for an immediate replacement.
A: Cancellations or changes can be made up to 24 hours before the delivery time. After that, it may be difficult as preparations will have started.
A: If your flowers arrive damaged or not up to standards, we will replace them free of charge. Notify us within 24 hours at nycbouquetdelivery@gmail.com with pictures and your order number. After 3 days, we cannot issue any credit or discount.
