Q: What if the flowers aren't fresh?
A: Our satisfaction is our priority. If the flowers aren't fresh, email us at nycbouquetdelivery@gmail.com with a photo for an immediate replacement.
Q: Can I cancel or change my order?
A: Cancellations or changes can be made up to 24 hours before the delivery time. After that, it may be difficult as preparations will have started.
Q: What is your flower replacement policy?
A: If your flowers arrive damaged or not up to standards, we will replace them free of charge. Notify us within 24 hours at nycbouquetdelivery@gmail.com with pictures and your order number. After 3 days, we cannot issue any credit or discount.
