Your satisfaction is our top priority! We strive to give you exactly what you want, but sometimes certain flowers may not be available due to seasonal changes or other factors. If needed, we’ll substitute with flowers of equal or greater value, ensuring the overall style and color scheme of your arrangement stays the same. If there are specific flowers you must have, let us know in the special instructions at checkout.
Need to cancel an order? You can do so up to 24 hours before the delivery date. Unfortunately, we can’t cancel orders already on their way or delivered. If you cancel within 24 hours of the scheduled delivery, you’ll receive a 50% refund.
All sales of perishable items are final, but if there’s a quality issue, we’re here to help. If your flowers were damaged during delivery, we’ll happily replace them. As the purchaser, it’s your responsibility to care for the flowers after delivery, including watering and re-cutting the stems as needed. For detailed care instructions, check out the Care Instructions on the product page. All return and replacement requests must be made within 24 hours of delivery.

We offer same-day delivery or delivery on the date of your choice within New York City. Whether you need flowers delivered today or on a specific day in the future, we’ve got you covered!
Our delivery service includes the bustling boroughs of Manhattan, Brooklyn, and Queens. We even extend our delivery to some parts of Long Island. So no matter where your loved ones are in these areas, we can help you brighten their day with a beautiful floral arrangement.
Just place your order, and we'll take care of the rest, ensuring your flowers arrive fresh and on time. If you have any questions or special requests, feel free to reach out to us!
Order by 2:00 pm in the recipient's time zone, and we can usually deliver the same day, Monday through Friday. For weekend deliveries, please order by 1:00 pm on Saturday or Sunday.
We can't guarantee a specific delivery time, but we aim to deliver within four hours. You can request a time frame in the special instructions box, and we'll do our best to accommodate.
Business: 10 am - 6 pm
Residence, Hotel, Hospital: until 7 pm
During major holidays like Valentine's Day and Mother's Day, we deliver from 7 am - 9 pm.
For sending flowers such as vases, baskets, or bouquets to a family's home, we offer same-day delivery.
However, for standing sprays or casket covers needed for the funeral service, please place your order at least 4 hours in advance. This allows our florists ample time to arrange the flowers beautifully and ensures our delivery team can arrive punctually. If an order is placed with too little notice, we may unfortunately have to cancel it. Thank you for your understanding.
If we can't provide a banner, we'll add more flowers to make the arrangement fuller and more beautiful.
High schools don't accept deliveries for students. Please send student gifts to their homes and teacher gifts to the school. Place orders early, as high schools usually need them by 2 pm.
We can't deliver to P.O. Boxes or A.P.O. addresses.
If the recipient isn't home, the delivery person may leave the flowers in a safe place or leave a message to arrange a new delivery time.
If the address is incorrect and we attempt delivery, there's a $10 correction fee. We're not responsible for incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Same-day orders are processed immediately and usually can't be changed. We can't cancel or change orders already in process, en route, or delivered. To cancel or change an unprocessed order, please call (347) 123-4567
We might contact the recipient to ensure they will be home to accept the delivery.
If you request to leave the arrangement at a doorstep, porch, or any location where the recipient can't accept it themselves, you assume all liability. We're not responsible for missing or faulty products due to this request.
If the recipient refuses the delivery, you may be held liable for the cost of the gift.
The message you write in the Card Message field will be sent with the flowers. We don't include any billing information with your order.
